At Extra Wellness Center, we focus predominantly on sports wellness and sports injuries.
Dr. Seun will conduct a complete assessment of patients with modalities that may include dry needling, cupping, electrical stimulation, spinal adjustments, and/or neuromuscular reeducation.
There are base prices set per new visit and returning visit. However, there are discounted rates applied to patients who are referred by our partner clients and gyms. For more details, please feel free to ask our ChatBot or give us a call.
Once your appointment has been confirmed, you will need to complete new patient electronic health forms before you arrive.
Extra Wellness Center accepts self-pay options or HSA/FSA. Insurance is NOT accepted as payment.
When you arrive, you can park in the garage for a fee in any of the reserved spots in the first row outside of the parking garage that says "CUBiO".
Once you are done parking and have made your way to Suite 610, you may take a seat in the waiting area. If the door is locked, simply knock and someone will open the door for you.
